These terms describe the basic rules for using Merceful and the product readiness assistant.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Merceful, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Permitted Use

You may use Merceful to review Shopify product data, identify readiness issues, connect supported accounts, manage your subscription, and apply product changes that you approve.

You are responsible for reviewing all suggested changes before saving them to your store.

Prohibited Behavior

You may not misuse Merceful, attempt to access accounts or stores you do not control, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, abuse APIs, bypass access controls, or use Merceful for unlawful activity.

Subscriptions

Paid access is provided through the supported subscription checkout flow. Subscription status may be checked to grant, continue, or revoke access to paid features.

Disclaimer

Merceful is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Product readiness checks and suggestions are intended to assist sellers, but they do not guarantee sales, search ranking, compliance, or error-free product pages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merceful is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
